Born from a passion for the water, and a love for adventure, our brand is a mother-daughter creation that redefines functionality in swimwear. Whether you're kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the sun, our revolutionary designs are made to fit your aquatic lifestyle, while supporting sustainable living.
It all started on the shores of Siesta Key, where founder Monica Young saw firsthand the struggles women face with traditional swimsuits. She created a solution that combines style, functionality, and eco-consciousness. Our sustainable cutting-edge swimsuits feature a secure zippered swim pocket for valuables, empowering women to enjoy water activities without worry. Our snap-closure bottom is optional, but we think it’s a game-changer if you hate being naked in a public stall, or have young kids in tow.

Monica Young – Founder & Matriarch
With over 25 years in marketing and PR, with a career and life in Brussels, Belgium, she traded her military civilian career for a life by the water in sunny Tampa, Florida. From Europe’s stunning shorelines to Florida’s crystal-clear springs, Monica and her daughters have always been drawn to the aquatic lifestyle. Whether kayaking, boating, or beach-hopping, the outdoors is her playground and where she finds peace.

Jade Sayas – Cofounder & Brand Director
A U.S. Air Force veteran with a sharp eye for branding, Jade brings leadership, vision, and a Master’s in Emerging and Social Media to Oh Snap! Swimwear. Currently earning her third Master’s in Entrepreneurship at the University of Tampa, she’s not just building a brand—she’s inspiring her daughters to embrace the power of women in business, nurture a love for the outdoors, and advocate for a more sustainable future.

Briley Young – Creative Designer
Calling Brussels, Belgium home, Briley is the youngest daughter and the creative visionary behind Oh Snap! Swimwear’s visual identity. With a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications and a passion for photography and videography, she’s perfectly positioned to capture stunning brand imagery—bringing a little European flair to the brand, and incorporating Europe’s strong stance on sustainable living.
