SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Oh Snap! Swimwear cannot guarantee receipt by the Buyer of the Product in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control. 

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. For updates, you may visit the carrier’s website and enter the tracking number.

Your order is dispatched from Tampa, Florida. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

Warranty Policy:

Oh Snap! Swimwear warrants that the Product sold will be new and, unless specified otherwise, will conform to any affirmation of fact or description provided for the Product by Oh Snap! Swimwear.

THE PRECEDING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY OH SNAP! SWIMWEAR WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT SOLD. OTHER THAN THE PRECEDING, OH SNAP! SWIMWEAR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUYER AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL OH SNAP! SWIMWEAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BUYER’S PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT. OH SNAP! SWIMWEAR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL BUYER’S CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR WARRANTY, SHALL NOT EXCEED AND SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER TO OH SNAP! SWIMWEAR FOR THE PRODUCT.
