We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday generally ship Monday. Orders are dispatched from Ellenton, Florida. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow its journey. Delivery estimates are based on typical carrier transit times and may change because of weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Oh Snap! purchase. Here is what to know before requesting a return or exchange.
UNWORN SWIMWEAR: Unworn, unwashed swimwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Original tags, protective liners, and packaging must be attached and intact.
HYGIENE: Swimwear that has been worn, washed, altered, or returned without its protective liner cannot be accepted.
SIZE EXCHANGES: Request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Customers pay return shipping; Oh Snap! covers shipping the replacement within the United States.
TOWELS: Unused towels in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS: Contact hello@ohsnapswimwear.com within 7 days of delivery.
FINAL SALE: Under the currently posted policy, sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible unworn, unwashed swimwear with all original tags, liners, and packaging intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Final-sale exclusions apply.
