Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh Snap! Swimwear purchase!

Swimwear Returns

  • Unworn, unwashed swimwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
  • All original tags, liners, and packaging must be attached and intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, altered, or returned without the protective liner cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? We gladly accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the replacement item at no additional charge within the U.S.

Towels & Accessories

  • Towels may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ohsnapswimwear.com and we'll make it right.

Sale Items

  • All sales, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@ohsnapswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for completing your return or exchange.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will mail your new item out upon receipt of the item. Please note we will only hold the requested item for 10 business days upon receipt of your request. If the original item is not returned within 10 business days, the item will be returned back to stock. 

Oh Snap! Swimwear does not assume responsibility for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control, such as weather. We do not assume responsibility in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged. Buyer must make all claims to the shipping carrier. 

GOVERNING LAW

Any claim, dispute or controversy between buyer and Oh Snap! Swimwear arising from or in way related to buyer's use of our website or Buyer’s purchase or use of our products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law. The exclusive venue for any action involving buyer and Oh Snap! Swimwear shall be the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

Buyer and Oh Snap! Swimwear hereby waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any right to a jury trial with regard to any claim, or dispute, between you and Oh Snap! Swimwear.
